AUTOMATIC FILLING
Nozzle & valve bags for high-volume lines
Nozzle (valve) bags with inner liners are built for automatic packaging lines in construction chemicals and ready-mix — cutting labour cost and filling time on high-volume runs. Gusseted, printed in-house up to 8 colours, with an inner liner for fine or free-flowing contents.

Sacks are woven in a wide range of coloured fabrics, so design, printing and packaging all happen under one roof in Bhiwandi near Mumbai. Repeat orders dispatch in 12 days, first orders in 15–20.

Do you make anti-static or UV-coated sacks?
Yes - UV-coated, anti-static, inner-liner and gusseted options are available across our PP, HDPE, BOPP and paper-laminated lines, made to order for 5-50 kg loads. UV-coating helps sacks withstand outdoor storage and harsh Indian weather. Anti-static packaging is used to prevent the buildup and discharge of static electricity.

What's the difference between BOPP-laminated and PP-laminated bags?
Both are woven polypropylene sacks. A BOPP-laminated bag carries a BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) film printed by rotogravure up to 8 colours for a high-gloss, photo-quality retail surface, while a PP-laminated bag carries a film-laminated finish printed in-house by flexo and roto up to 8 colours. Both handle 5-50 kg from 16" to 26" in food-grade, virgin-quality material.
