Its HDPE woven sacks are made from 16 inch to 26 inch wide for 5 to 50 kg loads in food-grade, virgin-quality high-density polyethylene. Woven at 700 to 1,000 denier and laminated, the HDPE gives a stiffer sack for heavy 5 to 50 kg contents. Sacks are gusseted and flexo-printed in-house up to 8 colours. The Bhiwandi factory runs at 30,000 sacks a day, with repeat orders in 12 working days and first orders in 15 to 20 days.

A UV coating resists sunlight during yard storage of 5 to 50 kg loads on a 26 inch sack. An anti-static finish suits dry chemical powder in 16 inch to 26 inch sizes. An inner liner is added for fine powders, printed up to 8 colours.
