Its nozzle and valve bags with inner liners are built for automatic filling, made from 16 inch to 26 inch wide for 5 to 50 kg loads. The self-closing valve seals a 5 to 50 kg bag on an automatic line with no stitching, in PP, BOPP or paper. Printing is in-house on flexo and roto lines up to 8 colours, food-grade and gusseted. The Bhiwandi factory runs at 30,000 bags a day, with repeat orders in 12 working days and first orders in 15 to 20 days.
