Its paper-laminated HDPE bags bond a paper outer to an HDPE woven core, made from 16 inch to 26 inch wide for 5 to 50 kg loads. The paper gives a writable, matte face while the HDPE core carries 5 to 50 kg, food-grade and gusseted. Printing is in-house by flexography up to 2 colours, with crepe paper available. The Bhiwandi factory runs at 30,000 bags a day, with repeat orders in 12 working days and first orders in 15 to 20 days.
