The fabric is woven at 700 to 1,000 denier and film-laminated, then gusseted so a 26 inch bag stands square. Printing is in-house on 2 rotogravure and 2 flexographic lines up to 8 colours. The Bhiwandi factory runs at 30,000 bags a day across units of 7,500 and 2,500 square feet. Repeat orders dispatch in 12 working days and first orders in 15 to 20 days.

A UV coating holds 8-colour print under harsh sun on a 26 inch bag. An anti-static finish is available for 5 to 50 kg of dry powder. An inner liner is added within the 16 inch to 26 inch bag for fine contents.
