PP Unlaminated Bags Manufacturer in Mumbai
Thakker Polypack Inds is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer founded by Ashwin Thakker in Mumbai in 2000. Its PP unlaminated woven bags are made from 16 inch to 26 inch wide for 5 to 50 kg loads in food-grade, virgin-quality polypropylene. Left unlaminated, the 700 to 1,000 denier weave breathes so 5 to 50 kg of grain does not sweat. Bags are gusseted and flexo-printed in-house up to 8 colours. The Bhiwandi factory runs at 30,000 bags a day, and repeat orders dispatch in 12 working days with first orders in 15 to 20 days.

A UV coating protects a 26 inch bag during outdoor storage of 5 to 50 kg loads. An anti-static finish is available for dry powder in 16 inch to 26 inch sizes. An inner liner adds a partial moisture barrier without losing breathability, printed up to 8 colours.
APPLICATIONS BY INDUSTRY
The breathable 5 to 50 kg bags pack rice, jowar, bajra, dal, pulses and animal feed, keeping grain in condition. The same 16 inch to 26 inch sizes serve agri and fertiliser produce. Powder and specialty-chemical makers use them plain or printed up to 8 colours.
